Rhymes - Do's and Don'ts

             Rhymes are always the best part in the kids learning activities. You can never see a toddler happier doing something else than signing rhymes. Especially when you sing and dance along with them, that would be the happiest play time you can give your toddler ever.

Don'ts

• Do not play the rhymes in CDs or YouTube.
• If at all you play him rhymes videos once in a while, don't move away to do your work.
• If the child is left alone to watch the video for some time, he will either tend to sleep or simply sit in one place.
• Never show bright color videos which may affect their eyes as well as their brain growth.
• Do not restrict rhymes to any age group of the child. From New - Born up to Pre- Teen all kids like to sing and hear rhymes.

Do's

• Always sing the rhymes with actions to the kid by yourself.
• If you wanted to entertain the kid by showing some videos once in a while, sit along with her and enjoy watching it by imitating all the actions and encourage her also to do so.
• Have some colorful rhymes book or flash cards to show your child while singing the rhyme so that she can also imagine the story behind in parallel.
