It's very common for a Toddler to ask for a Smart Phone for themselves to play games. However encouraging such things doesn't seem to be healthy for the kids. But positively the child can be given your own mobile for some time once the child is taught to handle the phone in the right way! This way you can keep the child as well as you, happy. After all when all the kids around are techy ones you cant have your little one as a non-techy one.
But could the child be given with all the games to play? You can throw in some of the restrictions at the early stage itself by providing him with the games that are Age Appropriate alone.
I am giving some suggestions here which were all hits amidst my son and many other friends of him.
