My friend suggested this application when my son was hardly 18 months old. He had not even started to speak then. But he used to try repeating the names of the animals, fruits, etc., as and when it gets displayed in the phone. Age
For kids who are able to swipe the screen themselves, should be any time between 15-18 months. However even babies can be shown the colorful pictures of all the objects in this app.
