Few Foods that Breast Feeding Moms Have to eat to Improve the Quantity of Milk

                           There is a famous saying that the Breast Milk is secreted simply based Upon the 'Demand And Supply Formula'. Even My Personnel experience was the same. But there are really few food that could aid in the secretion of the Breast Milk. If not that it can Really Make the Milk still more Nutritious.


1. Since the Breast Milk is predominately made up of water, it is obvious that a Breast Feeding Mother should drink adequate amount of Water.

2. A wide range of Vegetables and Fruits should be included in every day's diet.

3. A hand full of Dry Fruits everyday keeps both of the mother and the baby healthy(include walnut,  almond, pistachios(pista), dry fig,etc.,)

4. Milk with the supplement Powder that the gynacologists has suggested(if any) 3 to 4 times a day.

5. Out my personnel experience(as per grandmother's advice) Boiled roots of Tapioca(Maravalli Kilangu in Tamil) and Slices of Bread with milk, was found to be useful.
